DEFINITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ext-animate--on\">\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\"><strong>Community \/ ACTOR MT\u00dc<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 non-profit organization Eesti-Saksa Vene Keelt K\u00f5nelevate Artistide \u00dchendus \u00abACTOR MT\u00dc\u00bb, registration code 80654321, legal address: Tallinn, Estonia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\"><strong>Member<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 an individual who is a member of the Community or has submitted an application for membership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\"><strong>Personal Data<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (e.g., name, contact details, creative achievements).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\"><strong>Processing<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 any operation or set of operations performed on personal data (collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, disclosure, pseudonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\"><strong>Website<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.actor.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.actor.ee<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\"><strong>Event<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 any creative, educational, social or other event organized or supported by ACTOR MT\u00dc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.1. Data provided when joining the Community<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">When applying for membership or participation in Community projects, we may request the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ext-animate--on\">\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">First and last name (and stage name, if applicable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Email address and phone number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Country of residence and city.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Creative specialization (actor, director, choreographer, artist, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Links to portfolios, video showreels or other materials demonstrating your creative activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">A brief biography or creative CV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.2. Data collected when registering for events and purchasing tickets<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">When registering for workshops, performances, festivals or meetings, as well as when purchasing tickets through our website, we may request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ext-animate--on\">\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">First and last name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Contact phone number and\/or email address for prompt communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Information about the need for special participation conditions (if applicable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">Payment data (transmitted directly to our payment partner and not stored on our servers).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.3. Data left in comments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">When you leave comments on the website, we process your IP address and the data you voluntarily provide in the comment form (e.g., name and the comment itself). This is necessary to prevent spam and to display your message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR DATA PROCESSING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">We process your data strictly for specified, legitimate purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.1. Organization of the Community&#8217;s activities (performance of the statutes)<\/strong><br>Data processing is necessary for maintaining the member register, communication regarding membership matters, organizing meetings and votes. Providing data is a mandatory condition for joining ACTOR MT\u00dc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.2. Organization of creative and cultural events and ticket sales<\/strong><br>Your data is used to register participants, compile programs, ensure safety during events, provide feedback on event outcomes, as well as to process payments and ticket reservations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.3. Informing about the Community&#8217;s activities (consent)<\/strong><br>With your voluntary consent, we may use your email address or phone number to send announcements, invitations to castings, and news about Community projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.4. Improving our website and user experience<\/strong><br>We analyze visitor behavior on the website (anonymously) to make navigation more user-friendly and understandable for artists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.5. Publication of creative achievements (with consent)<\/strong><br>With your separate consent, we may publish your name, photos, videos from events, or links to your work on the Community&#8217;s social media channels and on the website to promote creative projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.1. Service providers and payment processors<\/strong><br>We may transfer your data to trusted third-party service providers who assist us in our work (e.g., hosting providers, email marketing services, registration platforms). For processing payments when purchasing tickets, we transmit necessary data (name, amount, encrypted card number) to our payment service partners. We work only with certified providers who comply with PCI DSS standards. DATA RETENTION PERIODS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ext-animate--on\">\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\"><strong>Data of Community members<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 stored for the entire membership period and for 3 years after its termination for archival and statistical purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\"><strong>Data of participants of one-time events and ticket buyers<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 stored for no more than 1 year after the event&#8217;s completion, unless otherwise required for reporting purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\"><strong>Data from comments<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 stored until they are deleted by you or a moderator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\"><strong>Data on ticket reservations<\/strong>\u00a0(including failed attempts) \u2013 stored for no more than 30 days for analytical purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\"><strong>Data of subscribers<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 stored until they unsubscribe from the newsletter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\"><strong>Data in accounting documents<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 stored for 5 years, as required by Estonian tax legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7.
